Delete your DuoTask account
Deleting your account removes, within 30 days:
- your sign-in, email address, display name and profile picture
- all tasks you created, and your pairing
- task links you sent, nudges, notification tokens and email settings
- usage events tied to your account
Copies in our database provider's backups are removed when those backups expire. If you pay for Premium through Apple or Google, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions too, because deleting your account does not stop their billing.
To delete your account, email us from the address you sign in with: request account deletion. We confirm by reply once it is done. You don't need the app installed.
