Updates and backups
Plugins, themes and the platform underneath your site are updated on a schedule, and every change can be rolled back from a backup.
Security
Login protection, protective headers, malware scans and a plain-language note when something needs your attention.
Speed and accessibility
Compressed images, correct alt text and mobile checks, so the site works for visitors on phones and with assistive tools.
Content changes
Send us a change by email. Staff changes, new hours, event dates and expired notices get handled without a project quote.
Reporting
A short report on traffic, top pages and enquiries, written so a board member can read it in two minutes.
One person to call
You deal with the same local consultant every time, not a ticket queue.

Online request forms, event calendars, volunteer sign-up and donation campaign pages are priced as small fixed-price projects, with 10% off one project a year for care plan clients.
